Some of the usual self-care practices that can affect our energy vibration are:
-Diet – are we eating enough healthy food and drinking enough water
-Exercise – are we getting enough exercise
-Sleep – are we getting enough sleep and time to rest and relax
-Social time – are we spending enough or too much time socialising and are we spending time with people that uplift us or drag us down
-Social Media – what kind of social media are we engaging with and is it uplifting us or depressing us
-TV etc – are we spending too much time watching TV shows, again notice whether they uplift us or not.
-News – Limit the amount of news you watch or listen to. Avoid it at the start of the day and the end of the day.
-Hobbies – spend more time on your hobbies.
-Work – Do we have a healthy work life balance? Stop working and answering work emails and calls outside of work hours.
-Boundaries – do we have healthy boundaries in place with our partners, family, friends, work.
One of the other big things that can affect our vibration is life. Everyone experiences challenges from time to time in every area of their life. There is an almost unlimited amount of different therapies that can support you at every level of your being.
Look for whatever support you need, whether its therapy, coaching or a holistic therapy.
