The group meets online twice each month, for two-hour live sessions. At the end of each session, Margaret holds space for community members to discuss their insights and growth with the group. This gives members an opportunity to learn from each other and find support in people who are having similar experiences. These parts of the session are not recorded, so everyone feels comfortable sharing.
These sessions are also uploaded to a library so you can come back to them. A monthly membership gives you access to the live groups, the library, and introduces you to a community of like-minded people that are on a similar journey.
Includes two groups:
Group 1: Integrating our Feminine and Masculine Energies
This monthly online group is a space for us to gather and support ourselves and each other to reconnect with our feminine and masculine energy. To learn to recognise, acknowledge, appreciate, value and celebrate our feminine and masculine energies.
The aim is to:
- Balance our feminine and masculine energies
- Create a harmonious relationship with our feminine and masculine energies
- Develop a supportive, cooperative partnership with our feminine and masculine energies
- Acknowledge that we are whole and complete
This group will include some teaching, experiential learning, energy healing and time for discussion and sharing.
Group 2: The Practice of Feeling Good or Raising our Vibration
This monthly online group is a space for us to learn to practice feeling good. The aim is that we learn how to generate good feelings regardless of our current life circumstances and/or the state of the world. The focus will change each month, eg Joy, Peace, Love, Abundance etc.
We are practising accessing these feelings independent of external circumstances.
The aim is that we learn how to access and generate the good feelings regardless of our current life circumstances and/or the state of the world.
The purpose is to:
- Remind ourselves that our ability to feel good is not dependent on any external circumstances
- To become stronger at developing our connection with feeling good
- To develop our resilience
- To become more balanced
- To raise our vibration
This group will include some teaching, experiential learning, some energy healing and time for discussion and sharing.
