Transformational change is always easier when all parties or stakeholders communicate openly, honestly, and clearly.

All parties need to be consulted. All parties needs and concerns need to be expressed, heard and understood. Non judgemental listening is required.

When this is done the process for the implementation of the change can be altered to address all parties concerns and needs.

Misunderstandings can be addressed.

Fears can be allayed.

Potential difficulties can be discussed and remedied.

Communication is essential for successful change management.

Mediation can help resolve all disputes, concerns and fears.

I have volunteered to act as a mediator in this Shift.

Take care,

Margaret Smyth
