Grounding Techniques


Here’s a few ways to help you ground and adjust to the high frequency energies coming through at the moment.

-Drink lots of water.

-Eat food. Plenty of protein, it doesn’t matter if it’s meat, vegetarian or vegan. Listen to your body and eat when it tells you it needs it.

-Gentle breathwork exercises.

-Any mindfulness exercises or mediations.

-Bodyscan meditations – start from the head and work down to the feet

-Movement meditation – yoga etc

-Exercise – stretching, walking, running, dancing etc.

-Rest – lots and lots of rest and sleep to help integrate the energies.

Basically, anything that helps you connect your mind with your body will help you ground.

You’ll know you’re not grounded if you are more clumsy than usual, have headaches, feel lightheaded, dizzy or spacy.
